Delivery Time
Orders within Lithuania will be delivered within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 14:00 will arrive the following business day.
Note: If your ordered items are in different warehouses, the delivery date may be extended by 1–2 business days. After placing your order, you'll see an estimated delivery date.
PICK UP at Stores
If the desired items are in stock at your chosen store, and you place the order on a weekday before 14:00, we'll prepare your order the same day. You can pick it up only after receiving a confirmation email and SMS. Orders will be held for 5 calendar days.

VENIPAK

Parcel Machine - parcels are stored in the parcel machine for 3 calendar days. If not collected within this period, the parcel will be returned to the sender and won't be resent.
- Courier - you'll receive an SMS the day before delivery. If delivery fails three times, the parcel will be returned to the sender and won't be resent.
Via the link in the SMS, you can redirect your parcel to a nearby Venipak parcel machine.
OMNIVA
Storage: Parcels are stored in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days. If not collected within 3 days, Omniva will send you an SMS reminder. After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
DPD
Customers in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda (excluding Klaipėda suburbs), Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampolė, Tauragė, Telšiai, and Utena can choose a preferred delivery time slot:
- 08.00 - 14.00
- 14.00 - 18.00
- 18.00 - 22.00
In the rest of Lithuania, you can select a delivery time window from 08:00 to 18:00.
DPD couriers will notify you via SMS the evening before delivery, and on the day of delivery, they will call before arrival. You can change the delivery address and date using the link provided in the SMS.

Damaged Packaging
Important! When receiving a parcel from a DPD courier or picking it up from an Omniva or Venipak parcel machine, check for any damage to the packaging and items. If damaged, note it on the receipt and/or inform us via email at klientams@open24.lt within 3 calendar days.
