Free returns and replacement


If your purchase does not fit you or you do not like it, you can return it.


1. Return your purchase to Crocs stores.

If its Crocs footwear or accessories, you can return or exchange your item to any Crocs store. For faster service we recommend to print your order receipt before arriving.

If the item you want to return is not Crocs, you can return or exchange it just in online Store ( store)


2. Fill the application on-line after delivery by the DPD.

The first return is free of charge. We will pay for the services of a courier who will come to take the parcel and will refund you your purchase price.

However, in order to refund you the price of a product you do not like, we will ask you to comply with certain conditions. Compliance with them is a guarantee of smooth cooperation and mutual respect.

Attention! Please fill in the return form only after your return shipment is ready. You will find a leaflet with the return address in your parcel. 


2. Fill the application on-line after the order was delivered to the Omniva postal service terminal.

After you have filled in the application on-line, pack all the items to be returned into one package and return them to the nearest Omniva postal service terminal.

Instructions on how to use Omniva postal service terminal:

  • Press "Return the package" on the screen,
  • Choose the appropriate size of the compartment Before choosing the compartment, make sure that your box will fit in,
  • Press the "Keyboard" button on the screen and enter the return code {tn},
  • After entering the code press "Confirm",
  • The postal service terminal will print out a return label, which must be glued on the package,
  • Put the package with the label into the opened compartment of the postal service terminal,
  • Press "Confirm" on the screen.


If you wish to return more items of one order, perform the return procedure in 24 hours and you will be able to use one postal service compartment and one return code.


In case any problems in returning the package, contact the client service department by e-mail. Indicate the number of the return order.

The confirmation of the return with instructions and the return code will be sent to you by e-mail.


Timing and form of return

  • Products can be returned within 365 days of receipt of your parcel.
  • To return your purchase, please fill in the Return Form of Open24 online store. This form is available for registered users of the website by clicking on My Orders in User Data (View >> Return a purchase).
  • To return a product for free, you will have to use the courier services we have selected (DPD ).
  • Products must be returned in the original product and shipment packaging.


Product appearance

Returned products will not be accepted if:

  • They have been used (worn, etc.) ;
  • They have been damaged ;
  • Their consumption properties have not been retained ;
  • They have lost their marketable appearance ;
  • Original labels have been removed from them.

Refund procedure

You can return your purchase within 365 days from delivery of the order.

Your returned products will be delivered to the warehouse where our staff will assess whether the products have been returned in accordance with the abovementioned conditions. If the conditions are not met, the money will not be refunded. In such a case, the delivery or taking back of the products will be discussed individually. If the conditions are fulfilled, the money will be transferred to your bank account within 14 days of completion of the return form.

These conditions are dictated by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and elementary logic. We do not create additional obstacles and try to be flexible with returns. Ultimately, our goal is simple: to ensure that both you and we are satisfied.
